Electrical
The first part of the rewire will involve chasing into the walls at a depth sufficient to run the cables. New back boxes will be installed at regulation height and cable will be run around the property from the consumer unit.
Plastering
After the rewire has been complete professional plasterers will then come into patch or replaster any walls that have been disturbed. If you are going for a new look then replastering the whole wall looks like new once painted.
Painting
Once the plaster is fully dry then professional painters will come in to paint the walls which have been disturbed or the full house depending on budget.
